    nah, u dun have cancer. You just have constipation due to lack of fibre. Colon cancer won’t give true blood in the stool. Usually is dark in color (digested blood).If you have tarry dark appearance at lots of flatulence then you have something to be worried.

    i have some blood iin my stool and nit only started today. i have stumic aches. and i have lost wait. but im on a little bit of a diet. im woried that i might have cancer but im only 12. do you think i have it? please tell me if i do..
